Clashes between protesters and security forces in Morocco

Rabat- the clashes between demonstrators and the Moroccan security forces today, renewed in several Moroccan cities, according to the local media.

The city of Imzorn and Al Hoceima region are witnessing a bloody confrontations between security forces and protesters demanding a democracy reforms, reported Moroccan newspapers.

The same sources also indicated that a police car ran over killed a citizen in Al Hoceima.

Five people were killed and 128 injured, Sunday, during a violence in the same city, as officials revealed.

Moroccan security forces used tear gases against demonstrators, and reports confirmed the interference of the army forces to repress the protesters.

Thousands of pro-democracy protesters are in the streets in Moroccan cities demanding less power to King Mohammed VI and the introduction of a constitutional monarchy.
