Nigerian Minister deplores Moroccan brutality in occupied Western Sahara







Abuja (Nigeria) –MAP- Nigerian Minister of Education, Ruquayah Ahmed Rufai, has denounced the Moroccan oppression against the defenseless Saharawis in occupied western, reaffirming her country’s firm position in supporting the inalienable right of the Saharawi people to self-determination and independence.
During a meeting with her Saharawi counterpart held on the sidelines of Abuja conference on Saharawi woman struggle, the Nigerian official praised sacrifices have benn paid by the Saharawi women to achieve freedom and independence, calling on the international community to assume responsible in allowing Saharawi people to choose their fate.
The tow ministers discussed ways to develop bilateral relations between Saharawi Republic and Nigeria , particularly in the field of education.
They agreed to continue consultations and communication in order to reflect the will of the two countries in the implementation of practical programs of cooperation.
