Scandal: Zambia FM to appear before court for receiving Morocco’s bribes




Zambia Foreign Minister Harry Kalaba will appear before court for receiving bribes and money from Morocco, in return for issuing an illegal official declaration providing for the withdrawal of Saharawi Republic’s recognition. 

Kalaba, who has been running the ministry illegally, made several suspicious trip to Morocco and unlawfully represented Zambia in the recent African Union summit in Kigali.

Some confirmed sources revealed that Kalaba and some ministers may be convicted for obtaining money illegally.

Zambia justice department has filed corruption charges against a number of ministers from the ruling party, which is likely to lose the parliamentary elections scheduled to take place on Thursday. 

In relevant context, Senegalese President was reported to receive 33 billion West African Franc for supporting Morocco’s plan to join the African Union.
