President of Republic congratulates Cyril Ramaphosa on his election as new President of South Africa

(SPS) - President of the Republic, Secretary-General of the Frente POLISARIO, Brahim Ghali, sent a congratulatory message to his Cyril Ramaphosa on the occasion of his election as the new President of South Africa, succeeding Jacob Zuma.

The President of the Republic, on behalf of the Government of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic and on his own behalf, extended warm congratulations to Mr. Ramaphosa on his historic election as President of the Republic of South Africa.

Mr. Ghali expressed his readiness to work with the new South African President, not only to establish close relations between the two brotherly countries but also to join efforts to strengthen the links between the ANC and the Frente POLISARIO.
